1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SolSpin ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. SolSpin is a blockchain-based game operating on the Solana network. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this Platform.
2. Nature of the Service
SolSpin is a peer-to-peer wagering game where participants pool SOL tokens into a room escrow wallet. A winner is selected using a provably weighted random algorithm where each participant's probability of winning equals their proportional contribution to the total pot. SolSpin is not a lottery, casino, or financial service. It is a game of chance using cryptocurrency.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SolSpin. You must not be located in, or be a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether participating in SolSpin is legal in your jurisdiction. By using SolSpin you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. House Fee
SolSpin charges a 10% house fee on every round. This fee is automatically deducted from the pot before the winner payout is processed. Specifically: the winner receives 90% of the total pot, and 10% is transferred to the SolSpin house wallet. This fee is non-refundable and is collected automatically by smart escrow logic on the Solana blockchain.
5. On-Chain Transactions & Finality
All deposits and payouts are conducted on the Solana blockchain. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is final and irreversible. SolSpin cannot reverse, refund, or recover funds sent to an escrow wallet. By depositing SOL into a room escrow you acknowledge that you may lose your deposit if another player is selected as the winner. All blockchain transactions are subject to network fees (gas) which are your responsibility.
6. Room Rules
• Each room has an on-chain escrow wallet that holds all deposited funds.
• Players deposit SOL directly to the escrow address.
• The room host initiates the spin.
• The winner is selected via weighted random algorithm server-side before the visual spin animation.
• Winner receives 90% of the pot; 10% goes to the house wallet.
• Payout is initiated automatically upon spin completion.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their wallet can receive SOL.
7. No Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SOLSPIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SOLSPIN DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME OF ANY GAME ROUND. CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUES ARE VOLATILE AND MAY DECREASE IN VALUE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLSPIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF FUNDS. SOLSPIN'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF HOUSE FEES COLLECTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Risk Disclosure
• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. You may lose the entire value of your deposits.
• Smart contract bugs or network failures may result in loss of funds.
• SolSpin is a game of chance — there is no guaranteed return.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Only participate with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
10. Prohibited Activities
You must not: (a) attempt to manipulate or hack the random selection algorithm; (b) use bots or automated tools to interact with the Platform; (c) collude with other players to unfairly influence game outcomes; (d) use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions; (f) attempt to exploit bugs — report them to us instead.
11. Privacy
SolSpin stores your Solana wallet address, game history, and aggregated statistics. We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what your wallet address may reveal on-chain. 12. Modifications
SolSpin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.
